Founded by two lifelong friends in Salida, Colorado, we’re a locally owned building and landscape company with a combined 23 years of hands-on experience. From custom construction to thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces, we bring craftsmanship, integrity, and attention to detail to every project.

Kyle Larson
Hi, I’m Kyle Larson, proud Colorado native originally from Denver. Growing up surrounded by the Rocky Mountains gave me a deep appreciation for quality craftsmanship, hard work, and the natural beauty that makes Colorado so special.
My passion for building and landscaping comes from that same love of the outdoors. Whether I’m designing a functional outdoor living space, managing a construction project, or fine-tuning the details of a landscape transformation, I believe every project should blend durability, purpose, and natural beauty.
When I’m not on a job site, you’ll find me snowboarding in the winter, hiking or running in the summer, or spending time outside with my wife, Katie, and our two dogs, Avery and Scout. Being outdoors isn’t just a hobby — it’s what inspires the way I build and the pride I take in creating spaces families can enjoy for years to come.
Sands Simonton
Hi, I’m Sands Simonton. I’m originally from Vail, Colorado, where growing up in the mountains shaped who I am today. Living in a place known for its rugged beauty and strong sense of community taught me the value of hard work, resilience, and appreciating the outdoors.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me outside — skiing in the winter, exploring trails, or spending time in the mountains with my girlfriend Annsley and dog Bode, making the most of every season together.
The same passion I have for the outdoors carries into my work: I believe in building things that last, creating spaces that bring people together, and taking pride in every project I’m part of.
